Easy Grilled Chicken Salad

Delectable grilled chicken salad with mango, dates, strawberries, apple and rocket salad with balsamic dressing.

Season a chicken breast with your favourite seasoning, panfry until cooked through (tip slice breast down the middle to reduce thickness and speed up cooking time) Let the breast rest a few minutes after cooking. Slice as desired and add to the salad, top with balsamic dressing.

  • 100 g chicken tenderoin
  • 10 g seasoning
  • 30 g arugula rocket lettuce
  • 2 strawberries sliced
  • 2 dates pipped and sliced
  • 60 g mango peeled and sliced
  • 40 g apple sliced
  • 30 ml balsamic dressing

  • Season and grill the chicken.
