Finger-sucking Prawns with lemon balm, chilli, garlic, basil, salt, pepper and sour cream sauce.
Saute some garlic and chilli in butter, add the prawns, cook for a minute, then turn them over.
Add some sliced basil and lemon balm, then some sour cream and season the dish well.
Turn and cook the prawns threw about 4-5 minutes in total.
Then peel and enjoy the prawns or eat them shell and all. Don’t forget to suck the juices off your (clean) fingers.

Instructions
 

  • Heat the pan and prepare your ingredient.
  • Add the margarine to a hot pan and start to cook the prawns.
  • Turn the prawns after 1 minute and add the basil and lemon balm.
  • Add the seasoning and sour cream, finish cooking the prawns and reduce the sour cream sauce until thick and sticky.
  • Serve the prwans and do not forget to suck your fingers, yummy.
