Easy Grilled Chicken Salad
Delectable grilled chicken salad with mango, dates, strawberries, apple and rocket salad with balsamic dressing.
Season a chicken breast with your favourite seasoning, panfry until cooked through (tip slice breast down the middle to reduce thickness and speed up cooking time) Let the breast rest a few minutes after cooking. Slice as desired and add to the salad, top with balsamic dressing.

Ingredients
- 100 g chicken tenderoin
- 10 g seasoning
- 30 g arugula rocket lettuce
- 2 strawberries sliced
- 2 dates pipped and sliced
- 60 g mango peeled and sliced
- 40 g apple sliced
- 30 ml balsamic dressing

Instructions
- Season and grill the chicken.
- Prepare the salad ingredients, toss them together with the sliced cooked chicken tenderloins.
- Serve on a salad plate with balsamic dressing.
