- 100 g carrots roughly chopped
- 100 g celery roughly chopped
- 250 g veal mince
- 250 g pork mince
- 50 g tomato paste
- 5 g Italian herbs
- 2 bay leaves
- 500 ml tomatoes crushed or sauce
- 500 ml beef stock or water
- 10 g salt
- 3 g pepper ground black

- 250 g lasagne sheets
- 120 g cheese sliced tasty or grated mozzerella
- 80 g parmesan grated

- Layer the bechamel sauce Ist and then the pasta and meat sauce. Repeat three times for good layering.250 g lasagne sheets
