The Perfect Meal for Active People

Congratulations on creating a delicious, healthy lasagne recipe! High-protein and high-carb diets are often recommended for active people looking to improve their fitness and health.

Lean pork and veal mince are excellent protein and carbohydrate sources, essential for building and maintaining muscle mass and providing energy for intense physical activity.

Protein provides the building blocks for muscle growth and repair, while carbohydrates are a great source of long-lasting energy.

A bonus tip – Eating a balanced diet with plenty of lean meat, like pork and veal, and complex carbohydrates, like whole grain lasagne sheets (you can substitute for regular lasagne sheets), can help active people fuel their bodies and reach their fitness goals. Enjoy your lasagne, and keep up the great work!
