- 200 ml tandoori curry paste Indian
- 100 ml Greek yoghurt

- 1 red onion
- 1 cucumber continental
- 200 g mesclun lettuce
- 1/2 cup mint fresh. sliced or torn
- 1/2 cup coriander leaves,fresh
- 4 avocado ripe, peeled
- 300 g tomato sliced
