- 35 ml mayonnaise
- 1 ml hot sauce red or black

- 330 g shrimp prawns, must be peeled and cleaned
- ¼ lettuce oakleaf or mignonette prefered
- ⅖ asparagus bunch
- 30 g lime slices
- 20 g radish slices
- 30 g cherry tomato 16 per 250g / 8oz punnet
- 6 g parsley washed and sprigged

Make Cocktail Sauce

- Wash some lettuce, blanch some asparagus in hot water and chill it.¼ lettuce, ⅖ asparagus
- Pick some parsley, slice some limes, grab some cherry tomatoes and radishes, for garnish.30 g lime, 20 g radish, 30 g cherry tomato, 6 g parsley
Make And Garnish The Cocktail
- Arrange the lettuce, asparagus and prawns.
- Drizzle in the cocktail sauce.
- Serve up the shrimp or prawn cocktail chilled.
