  • 50 g butter
  • 500 ml milk warm
  • 50 g flour

Bolognese Sauce

  • 30 ml olive oil
  • 100 g onion brown roughly chopped
  • 50 g bacon diced
  • 10 g garlic minced
  • 100 g carrots roughly chopped
  • 100 g celery roughly chopped
  • 250 g veal mince
  • 250 g pork mince
  • 50 g tomato paste
  • 5 g Italian herbs
  • 2 bay leaves
  • 500 ml tomatoes crushed or sauce
  • 500 ml beef stock or water
  • 10 g salt
  • 3 g pepper ground black

Lasagne Making

  • 250 g lasagne sheets
  • 120 g cheese sliced tasty or grated mozzerella
  • 80 g parmesan grated

Instructions
 

  • Make bechamel sauce. White Sauce Recipe
    50 g butter, 50 g flour, 500 ml milk
    bechamel-white-sauce
  • Cook bolognese sauce with bacon and tomato.
    Add the oil to a warm pot and saute the onion until clear.
    Then add the bacon, brown it, and then add the minced meats.
    Brown and break up the meats.
    100 g onion, 50 g bacon, 250 g veal, 250 g pork, 30 ml olive oil
  • Add the garlic, carrots, celery, tomato paste and crushed. Plus, the water or beef stock, seasoning and bay leaf.
    10 g garlic, 100 g carrots, 100 g celery, 50 g tomato paste, 5 g Italian herbs, 2 bay leaves, 500 ml tomatoes, 500 ml beef stock, 10 g salt, 3 g pepper
  • Layer the bechamel sauce Ist and then the pasta and meat sauce. Repeat three times for good layering.
    250 g lasagne sheets
  • Top with cheeses and bake.
    120 g cheese, 80 g parmesan
  • Leave to cool before cutting up and serving.
