Chocolate tarts, chef piping chocolate ganache in tartlets. Howdy, I am chef Brendan.
Here I am making some chocolate canapes filled with chocolate mousse, chocolate ganache, chocolate-covered blueberries, chocolate-drenched raspberries and chocolate-dipped strawberries.
